Our pieces

REVIA sells new, unworn and pre-loved designer bags. Each listing describes its individual piece, condition and included accessories. Please read the listing and inspect the photographs before purchase. Contact us for additional photographs, measurements or clarification. Campaign and editorial images are styling inspiration; product photographs identify the piece offered for sale.

Prices and payment

The applicable price and currency are displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout, together with any applicable taxes and charges collected by REVIA. Payment options depend on your country, device and provider eligibility. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or payment charges. Orders are subject to availability; if we cannot fulfil your purchase, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable piece.

Shipping and import charges

UPS shipping is included, with dispatch within two business days of order confirmation. Carrier coverage, transit and customs clearance vary. Outside the EU customs territory, the recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and clearance fees. See our shipping policy.

Returns and consumer rights

Applicable consumer withdrawal and conformity rights are preserved. For change-of-mind returns, notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery and return the piece within 14 days of your notice. Customers pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return; necessary costs relating to faulty or incorrect goods are handled under your legal rights. Authentication and brand independence

LegitApp authentication documentation and a LUXE TAG are included with each bag. REVIA is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised retailer of the brands featured. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Privacy and enquiries

Orders and enquiry forms are processed through Shopify. Photographs sent through WhatsApp are handled through that service. Read our privacy policy for information on personal data and your rights.

Applicable rights

These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights applicable in their country of residence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
